  • To edit the text in the PDF document just click on the option of edit text and image. Select the text,  from the option you can change the font size, italic, bold, subscript, or superscript, and also change the color of the text.
  • You can crop the text with the image the competing page will get the crop.
  • You can also insert a new page in the file. In the insert page option click on insert from file. A dialog box will open from where you can select the desired file, the option appears to select the location in the file, and you can insert the pages at the first, last, or between the file. You can select the location in the file where you wish to insert the desired pages and click on Ok.
  • In the edit page display menu, there are several options you can easily change the header and footer of the document. Just by selecting the option, a dialog box will appear. You can change the settings of the Header and Footer further you can add the new header also.
  • Options related to page number, background image, color, and the watermark can be added to the document.
  • Adobe acrobat reader also gives the option to add the signature to the document as well. By clicking the place signature option you can paste the signature on your desired location in the document.
