How to increase productivity using Google Slides
- There are three stages of google slides- creation, collaboration, and presentation.
- Use explore and drive functions to make the presentation more creative. It helps to find images faster.
- You can crop the picture in a specific shape. Either round, rectangular, or square.
- Resizing the text box. By the settings in the tools menu, you can easily change the setting and the size of the text box will adjust automatically as you will enter the text in the text box.
- In Google Slides you don’t need to click on the paintbrush option multiple times for copying formatting. You need to just double-click it and use this command. To come out of this command just click the escape button.
- The master slide function is used to customize the layout of all slides. While making the presentation in Google Slides you can complete the presentation and after that, you can change it in the master slide so it will apply to all slides.
- All slides will be saved in Google Drive so it’s easy to search the presentations and use or work on them.
- By using presentation mode you can get a URL by copypasting in the browser you can start the presentation.
- In Google Slides you can copy the slides without speaker notes.
- You can skip or re-order slides easily from Google Slides.
- You can navigate the slide while the presentation.
- While presenting just press the “L” key and you will get the laser pointer.
